In 2008, I founded Australia's first sustainability talent consultancy. Not because it was a smart business move — but because no one else was doing it, and I could see the world was about to need it urgently.
Twenty years later, that conviction hasn't changed. What has changed is the urgency.
Demand for sustainability professionals has never been greater. But the path in, and the path up, is still murky for most people. Many of the professionals I've worked with are now in the most senior sustainability roles in Australia. I've watched this field grow up — and I grew with it.
I've also watched capable professionals stall. Not from lack of talent. From lack of access to the right market intelligence.
That's the gap I exist to close.
How I help
I've sat on both sides of the table. I've recruited for sustainability roles, led climate programmes at WWF, built career academies, and guided professionals through the most significant transitions of their careers.
